Dear Hiring Manager,
This was a multi-platform B2B marketing campaign, aimed at targeting managers and middle managers and encourage them to take a quiz based on your performance. Due to the variety of platforms this was being used on, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, etc., I designed a series of ads. With a variety of Call to Actions, focal points, layouts, and overall feel, we could use the insights gathered to perform A/B testing and learn what preformed better on each platform for this company.

Much of the copy used in the ads were provided by a focus group we held with our target audience sharing their "hiring nightmares" and other complications they faced.
