I had the privilege to design the logo, brand, and identity for Lever Talent. It is a talent agency focused on shifting the fulcrum to give power back to the talent and not the employer. Focusing on the 'rigidness' of the corporate world, mixed with the 'organic style' of people, this brand shows the delicate balance.
